From the information I've read, it doesn't clog your pores, and it does last all day. I recently tried the temptu at Sephora, and (bad girl) went to sleep with it on.. I woke up and the foundation was still there =) so I can vouch that it does last a long time lol...
I asked about the inhalation, and the girl at the sephora said it won't hurt to inhale it, it actually does smell pretty good... but I would just hold my breath while spraying around my nose lol.
One thing I would recommend getting more info about is what makeup is used in each system. Some are water based, and apparently some are silicone based? I don't know what difference that makes to a face but I think water would be better for you =3
I think one of the big pros for airbrush is that its waterproof--especially if you are worried about crying on your day...ill definitely be tear-streaked!

does anyone know the pros and cons to each? i hear airbrushed makeup lasts longer, but does it clog your pores? i have to say that some of the photos i have seen look gorgeous...just am curious to find out more.
