Do you mean the big glass/acrylic/plastic/whatever blocks that are frosted? Or like a wall of something along those lines with bubbles in it?
Airwall is the divider wall in ballrooms

I work in a hotel with airwalls, and most people don't notice. I'd save your money!
Here is what the rest of the walls look like. The pic above is the divider i am considering covering.

Yea..I wouldn't worry about that wall then. It's going to cost so much money to cover the whole thing, esp if you were thinking of using fabric. Plus, most people that go to a ballroom like that prob expect to see that divider anyway.
I honestly think it looks fine. It does not look tacky at all to me. Save your money!!
Most people don't even notice the walls. I mean they're going to be way more focused on stuff that actually matters, like the bride and groom and food!
I think it'll be fine unless you really want to drape it i say go for it!
Totally don't worry about it, unless you really want it draped. if you'd rather spend your money elsewhere, I really don't think anybody's going to be like... my, what an ugly wall!

To the left of the ballroom is the airwall. I was considering covering it with a drape if people think it is really tacky. However, if this is something that goes unnoticed then I would rather put my money elsewhere. The rest of the walls are nice IMO.
