I love the look of an Isle runner, my florist is going to let me borrow and white rose petal Aisle runner. My concern is that my dress is very large and wearing heels, is there a chance that my dress will grab onto the aisle runner as I walk down the aisle or even worse cause me to trip? What’s everybody thoughts Aisle runner or not worth the risk?

@Sparklybee: i ordered a custome made aisle runner through a runner company.
they sent me free samples so i could see the quality, the runner has non-slip backing on it.
yes, it does cost a bit more, but well worth the price compared to other runners that i looked at. the less expensive runners were wrinkley looking, didn’t lay flat without getting creaes or bunches. i don’t want anyone to trip, espeically ME.
plus, after the wedding, i can cut out the name section and hang it on my wall, roll it up and use it again, or something.
