If the only time that you'll see the MOH and the BMs on the runner is when they're exiting, then no, I wouldn't worry about it.
It's such a minute detail, that to throw the idea of your runner's colors out the door would seem a bit much.

Hi Ladies,
I'm looking into getting an aisle runner for my wedding in June. Our ceremony decorations will be minimal, so I am thinking about getting one that really pops: a fuschia runner with black monogram.
My dilemma is that while my 5 bridesmaids are wearing black, my MOH is wearing a watermelon color. The fuschia and the watermelon definitely don't match, but I'm using other shades of pink throughout the wedding. The only time my BMs and MOH will be on the runner is after the ceremony when we are all walking out, so is this really that big of a deal? Or should I be leaning toward a black runner with fuschia monogram?
Other than about 20 candles on the stage and two tall cylinders at the entrance to the sanctuary, the aisle runner is the only other ceremony decoration.
Am I completely going nuts about a small thing (like my fiance insists!)?
