partyplanner83:  We did not but our hall lets us pay as we go so this isn’t an issue. There is a chart floating around that looks pretty thorough- google?

partyplanner83:  We had a lot of issues with this too… let me see if I can find the one that I had heard the most positive things about

partyplanner83:  I used the one recommended by lynnielou33193. We had only beer and wine and we did 3 types of beer and 3 types of wine. We had leftover of everything! It wasn’t a problem though because we purchased at places that you could return unopened bottles/cases but we had about double what we needed of everything with the exception of the one specialized wine we had which we only had 2 leftover bottles.

When I do events I always get from a place you can return unopened bottles/cases (including soda and water). It is sooo much easier. Then you buy with the max money you would be okay spending on booze.
