Hello! How are you all. I am new to this forum. 🙂
Anyway, i bought AA1148 and i love it! It s so simple and different from anyone’s dresses. I am wondering if there are anyone out there have the same dress? Would love to pinch any ideas you have with your aa1148 dress? I am thinking about adding a ribbon sash to my dress is that good idea?
Any photos of REAL brides wearing the dress would be greatly appericated!

Thats my dress too! 🙂 I love it’s clean, simple lines too. It is so understated yet elegant. No pics yet, but I too would love to see some real bride photos with the dress. I think a sash would look lovely, especially if you could place it along the natural lines of the dress.

Hi Roisebear! 🙂
Yah, thanks for your comment. Have you got the dress yet? I got mine, it s at my Parents’t house, :-(, good job or i ll wear it all day everyday, Not ideal with my two young children. Lol!
Have you decided on what style are you going for jewellary etc? Am going for modern with a bit vintage twist with loads of crystals and pearls. I only got a tiara band just now, not yet got jewellary. I also had made my own ivory pearls bouquet and mini one for imogen… Anyway, yeah i know what you mean about placing the sash along the natural lines of the dress.

Yay!! That is my dress also! I am not a real bride yet but here are some of my pics from the first fitting.
My Mother-In-Law bought me some awesome, classy Swavorski jewelry; simple earrings, an awesome necklace and a brooch for my feathered hair piece. For the ceremony I will be in a cathedral drop veil, then I will wear the feathered, hair flower for the reception. For bridal potraits I am going to sport an awesome birdcage veil!
I love this dress so much! The corset tends to be a pain because it is hard to lace without having a big crease in the back around the waist line. Anyone else have this problem? We are thinking about adding some extra boning. I also need to have the sleeves altered since they came way to big. [attachment=715701,92680] [attachment=715701,92681]

Aw! Thanks so much for the photos! You all looked beautiful, made me more ever more excited about my own dress! Am desperate to put it on! 🙁
Mountainbride – You looked gorgeous with simple jewellary and i loved your hair!
Mrs Dee, thanks so much for the link to your photos! You looked gorgeous, i do love your sash and brooch!
Indina – you really do suited the dress! Gorgeous! Yeah i know what you mean about the back crease. I havent’ yet talk to the lady who is doing my alterations, but let me know what you are doing about it? My straps are too long too, think it s common among another AA1148 brides, easy enough to get it sorted tho! One thing i haven’t decided is whether to leave it off shoulder or make it more “on shoulders” as I am worrying that the off shoulders straps would annoy me later in the day? No?
