Is anybody’s wedding really close and all you want to do is eat ??!?! My wedding is in October and all I want to do is eat fast food and junk food! Anyone else have this problem ?
Im not even concerned about losing weight. I’m just hungry all the time!!! Please tell me I’m not alone.

It’s ok to have a cheat meal here and there! If you’re really craving I’d advise that you have one fast food meal either every other week or even just once a month (I’m a fatty4lyfe and need to have a cheat meal once a week). Once I get one cheat meal in, I feel more confident for the next couple of days! Don’t go cold turkey! It’s more likely you’ll binge eat. Good luck! 🤗

I found that my appetite was pretty normal (i.e. fierce!) until the week before the wedding, when I lost the ability to consume food at all and promptly shed 5 lbs. I was literally having to force feed myself to keep from getting faint…I just had no appetite at all. But before that point – I was hungry as a horse most of the time!

I was the same. I’d say it passes but this extra 15lbs says differently.

Same here. Wedding is in a month and OMG i am so hungry. I have tried loosing weight in the past year.. lost 1 size (and still needed to lose a tone more) after some severe family drama made me feel insane and triggered crazy binge eating, anxiety and depression in the last 6 months.. I regained it all back. Ugh. I sent the last month feeling so far and ugly it’s not even funny. It doesnt help that EVERYONE all of a sudden became my weight loss “coach” (seriously people at work and family.. everyone..) makes me feel like shit. Since the wedding is a month away and my dress is in alterations now and there really is no time to lose much weight and if I did there is no time for more alterations.. all I am focusing on now is accepting that yes I am a fat bride, my FI still loves me and I can have a great wedding and still feel beautiful. I am doing hair masks, face masks, getting my hair trimmed and dyed, eyebrows shaped and trimmed a bit.. manis amd pedis. Teeth cleaned and whitened. I will stay away as much ad I can from salty and overly sweet foods to reduce the broatted feeling. Drinking tons of water so my skin and everything is not dehydrated. I havent felt this spoiled since ever. Makes me feel pretty and girly and that’s all I can do at this point.

I was super motivated to be healthy for a while… and now I’m just like ooh carbs yum. I’m trying to just boost my exercise and not worry so much about cutting calories.

Omg yes! I’m so glad someone else is in the same boat with me! My FI and I are both trying to lose weight and we’ve got a great plan that has been working, but then every now and then we both go crazy on the fast food. We’ve both been really stressed with family issues and at dinner time are too tired to bother cooking a proper meal, so fast food to the rescue! It seems like I’ll make some progress and loose a few, and then over the weekend will gain it all back.

My wedding is in October as well. My dress was ordered in the wrong size. A size too small. Now I have to exercise like crazy, eat less then 800 calories a day and I’m on a soup diet. I’m currently looking at my soup that I’ve had for the last week And wishing it was a hamburger -cries-
I wish I could binge eat right about now!

sarbear7777777 : this is super unhealthy. How was it your fault if they ordered the dress in the wrong size?

Have this problem everyday!!

sarbear7777777 : If you need to lose weight quickly I’d suggest going very low carb. It’s not easy at first and it takes commitment but there’s nothing like it for fast weight loss. You don’t have to starve yourself either. You could easily lose a dress size between now and then.
