Are all those things in the contract?  In that case I’d lawyer up – seems like you have a pretty good case for them screwing you over.

If you have those things written (e-mail or contract) talk to a lawyer at the very least and get some advice about how to procede. That may mean paying a lawyer to write a letter to the venue (to see if that’ll get the ball rolling), be advised by the lawyer to talk them to small claims court (depending on max allowed back through small claims in your state) or other legal routes (emotional distress, partial refund, etc.). 

I am not at all a lawyer. Just giving advice. Hope your wedding was lovely otherwise!
