I was done after a big sale on Wednesday, so I was missing holiday shopping (and slightly down from being sick and missing Thanksgiving)  so much I’ve bought four *hangs head in shame* new Tablets and two purses. I need to stop looking at the sales.

I got a bunch of stuff for DH, and a few things for family members…. I got 2 really big items for him, so I have to watch the rest of my spending 😉 Plus, I’ve been getting stuff for decor… ugh. Keep me away from any store that has any sort of Christmas decor; I’ll find a way to spend money. O_O

@RenoSweeney24:  ahh I spent so much monies today. Got everyone Xmas gifts and also bridesmaid gifts! Each girl is getting a different make up bag with lots of goodies inside from sephora! They had an amazing sale and each bag only cost me $45. I also bought each girl a pair of earrings for the wedding. I want to buy more, but we agreed on $200 max for bridal party gifts and I’m over by a couple bucks :p

@RenoSweeney24:  I love gift giving. It’s my favorite thing. I’m on a strict budget this year! I just placed my oders for everything for everyone except my aunt. 🙂 I love wrapping and under our mini-tree is looking so ready for the season!

NO. 🙁 In fact, I am in Christmas present DENIAL.

We are so broke this year. Really really broke. I just don’t know how we’re going to afford presents for all my cousins and their kids. 🙁 It’s giving me a huge stomach ache, so at the moment I’m just blocking it all out.

And I have not a CLUE what to get my FI. This is our first Christmas togther, too. I’m trying to stay positive, but money keeps bringing me down!!!

@prahajess:  no way could I or would I buy for all my cousins and their kids!!! that’s too much. And we are financially sound. There is just no way!!!!I would keep it to immediate family and each other.

Oh man!!! so much money spent in the last week. I panic a little every time I think of the amount so far. And im not even done!!! this is the first year where we had a pretty liberal budget for christmas so we really wanted to have fun with it.

Well, I moved to Prague from California. So I won’t be buying for my 4 siblings, but instead I will have my Czech family :D. But that means Aunt and Uncle, three cousins, and 5 kids.  Not really sure how we’re going to do it, but I swear I didn’t mean to derail this happy thread with my whining!

Lol, I almost came back to delete my post.

I like hearing the positive present-buying stuff, so keep it coming! And feel free to tell what all you got everybody, people! Some of us need ideas! 😀

@RenoSweeney24:  We draw names for the adults in my family and do teh same for my FH’s family so we only need to purchase for one adult in each family and everyone buys for the kids under 18. I drew my Aunt Mel from FH’s side and I drew my mom from my side. It really helps cut down on costs and everyone get something from someone. 🙂
