I’m allergic to faux flowers (I kid), but I’m not a fan.  I say white with some purple like the ones I’ve attached for inspiration.  Good luck!!

@emstape:  There is so much that you could do with flowers! What is the style of your wedding?

@emstape:  I think going monochromatic looks super classy. So, I’d say all of one color!

Add color for sure!!! I’m so over the “all white” bouquet. Real flowers for yours and silk for your brides bouquets, I’m not a fan of fake flowers but it will save you a lot of money and they still look real if you get them from the right place!

@ButterflyBride5:  I personally love the idea of color! I love flowers in general and all white ones are pretty but to me ones with color just pop more! My vote is color!!

I definitely vote colour for a bridal bouquet!! I am totally in love with mine (slight bias, no judging! LOL) I used real flowers in white, green and purple. Here is a picture because I never pass up an opportunity to show my beauty off!

This was a question I had too.  My photographer told me to get a colorful bouquet because they look great in pictures, however my florists told me to get an all white/ivory bouquet because a colorful bouquet takes attention away from the bride.  Looking at pictures, I agree with my florist.  A very colorful bouquet will be the focus of a picture over the bride, but I still like color.  I ended up going with a white and ivory bouquet with some small yellow freesia (one of my wedding colors).  Best of both worlds

I like the look of colorful bridal bouquets!  My wedding colors are purple (differnet shades).  My BMs and MOH are wearing purple dresses and carrying all white bouquets.  My dress is ivory and I’ll be carrying a bouquet with a mix of purple flowers.  It was my florist’s idea.  I think it’ll look great!  I’m doing real flowers.

I’m doing a colorful bouquet so it stands out in front of my ivory dress.  My BM’s are wearing blush colored dresses and their bouquets are going to be mostly white with some greenery.  Hope that helps!

@emstape:  I had all white flowers – the flower people told me to do this so that it didn’t take away from my dress?  Here is a pic of the flowers – also the bridesmaid flowers too – I sometimes wish I woulda taken the colors?
