@SFreeman2187: Oh, I like the tree skirt! How long did that take you?
Anyone else have stuff to share?
Honestly, probably 6 hours. Part of the issue was that one of the fabrics I chose, the red one with sparkles, was really hard to work with because it was thin and constantly getting glued to itself and my fingers. The cutting part sucked too. I'm so happy with it though. Can't wait to pull it out next Christmas.
Probably making my sister in law one next year. Maybe.
@SFreeman2187: Oh you glued it? Even better (I can't sew). You did a great job!
Just google it... was all over Pinterest around Christmas. Google ruffle tree skirt or burlap ruffle tree skirt. All hot glue! No sewing. Aaaaand, I went the cheater route and did it on top of our old tree skirt. I just flipped it over so technically we have a reversible tree skirt.
I have been meaning to make a wreath but my job is busy this time of year. Maybe I'll get lucky and get sick. Cough, cough.
Here's mine. It's a 4 picture frame that I used to make a glass etching for my kitchen. It's a coffee cup, beer mug, tea bag and wine bottle. I was thinking about making another one of utensils. DH really liked it. It looks so cool IRL.

Here is my first craft from a Pinterest idea! I did this while laying on the couch sick the past few days.
