Allergies + Being sick = sucks!

Mine are terrible and pretty much occur year-round, although it’s the worst in spring and fall.  In the fall I can almost never tell if it’s allergies or if I’m getting sick because the symptoms are so similar! :S

@MrsPaperFlowers:  …yeah…too much rain in Colorado = a ton of mold….I’ve been to the acupncturist though, so at least its under control!

Mine are also year round.  The last week has been odd though, I had the super itchy throat which is usually a spring allergy symptom for me.  It went away though *knock on wood* hopefully it stays gone!

My ENT got me putting seasame oil in my nose at night to keep it moisturized to prevent nosebleeds.  He insists I never use a q-tip and just a soaked cotton ball, but then he himself has used a q-tip on me.

@MrsPaperFlowers:  Icky! I have bad sinus, and I do a nasal rinse when I get too gunked up or what not. I hope you feel better 🙁
