I went on this cruise in January with my family. I am considering suprising my fiance with a honeymoon on this ship in October–just concerned about weather. It’s an awesome ship!

I am going on a cruise on Carnival this October. Our stops are Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas, St. Thomas, San Juan and Grand Turk. This will be my third cruise, fiance’s first. I hope he likes it.
@KCbride11: just get insurance and you should be fine. I went on a cruise in October about 4 years ago. It was a little rocky, but we also had some really good weather. Just know that there will be a possibility of not stopping at some of the ports or your itinerary could change totally depending on the weather.

We’re considering doing the Allure on March 18-25, 2012 for our honeymoon. I’m an a”avid” cruiser (10 carnival, 2 royal, 2 princess). My Fiance has been on two cruises before and we’re going on one in December (We go annually over “winter break” with my WHOLE family- ever since I was a kid). I was afraid that it would just be plain and same-old because I’ve been so many times but after really going over the Allure, I think it will be a whole new experience. Even me, someone who has been on a cruise at least 14 times lol- thinks Allure is a COMPLETELY different world!).
Anyway, if anyone has been on this ship, i’d love to read your reviews!!
