Hi - Not sure if you are still looking for someone to do alterations but my mom and aunt have a tailor shop in Swampscott. Here is their website and contact info. They generally do everything from Men's suits to dresses, especially prom gowns and wedding dresses. They are very good at what they do (although I am a little biased :)
