Not sure if you are still looking, but I highly reccoment Weddings By Janie. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met - truly.
I didn't have a dress to wear because I had lost too much weight and the top of my dress didn't fit and wasn't wearable. She took over 150 pieces of fabric off the top of my dress and completely redesigned it to fit me. Truly a miracle!
She works out of her home and she is highly reccomended and soooooooo fairly priced.

I bought my dress from Davids Bridal but have heard awful things about them and that they are WAY overpriced.
I live in Wisconsin but I'm not from here and I'm looking for a wonderful seamtress...
