I don't have that dress. But I wouldn't worry at all. There are tons of girls on here with Maggie Sottero Sabelle/Ambrosia with very similar beaded bust that had no problems with alterations. That's what seamstresses do!

Has anybody had the bust of Maggie Sottero Adelaide taken in? I'm worried about the bead work. How did it work out for you all?
