Those are cute. I love the sweaters! That'd be amazing to get on the day of the wedding - especially if it gets JUST that little bit of cool air on the breeze in the evening.
We went with super personal stuff for our witnesses because, well, we only had one each! So I got for my girl who's trying to be a bit more girly than she used to be in our tomboy youth a cute handbag with an umbrella (she never has one), a special hair towel (she has super long hair) and some fake passport notebooks (because she always has trouble getting visas). She loved it.
Oh my gosh! I'm not 100% sure about our gifts yet, but what you got your party is amazing!! Anyone would love those gifts!
Oh, yeah...my BP (my sisters) are way too old to be interested in personalized cutesy wedding stuff, and I defintiely don't want to buy the BP something to use for my wedding.
My MOH likes to cook, and is getting an awesome vintage apron from etsy and a bottle of GOOD wine.

My BM will be getting a bottle of not-so-good wine (but wine she'll like). I haven't picked out her gift yet, but it will be a personal gift that doesn't mention my wedding at all.

Between FI and I, we have gotten FAR too many crappy bridal party gifts. We knew that we wanted to get our BP something awesome and memorable.
For the guys we decided to get custom sneakers made through NikeID.com. We were able to customize them to the colors and materials that we wanted as wall as personalize the sneaks with each guys name. The guys are going to wear them for the wedding (they are wearing khakis and brown blazers so I think it will work).
We are giving the girls brown cashmere cardigans (fall themed wedding with brown and burnt orange as our main colors). Being that its fall in the Adirondacks it may be chilly so I wanted to give them a stylish option to cover up with if they want to.
We wanted to give them something that they would be able to wear during the wedding as well as after. I definitely think they all will get a ton of use out of the sneaks and sweater.
We're pretty excited about these (and I'm totally getting a cardigan for myself too!). Did any other bees choose alternative BP gifts instead of the normal jewelry and personalized stuff?
