The first thing I thought of was “flower boy”, but I know that’s probably not what you were looking for!

Why don’t you have him carry the little pillow with the fake ring, or a little sign?

ETA: I know of sme people who have done a play on the mispronunciation of “ring bearer” and dressed the little boy up in a cute bear outfit. I think at his age that could be cute and appropriate. It would  also eliminate the need for him to carry something.

@DayDay:  I second the idea of having him carry a pillow with stand-in rings.  Our ring bearer did not carry our actual rings.

Why does he need a title?  On the program, why can’t you just call him “Son of the Bride”?

Are they going to be walking down the aisle right before you? If you, he could carry a sign or flag that says “here comes the bride”.
