Hi Bees,

So I am getting close to my dress fitting and I have still to secure a pair of shoes (gasp!) My issue is that I fell in love with Kate Spade glitter high heels but alas the heels are too high for me. My fiance is about 3 inches taller than me and really wants me to be shorter than him on our wedding day and I feel the same, BUT I would like a little heel, like 1 inch just to streamline my figure a little so all the beautifull ballerinas that are out there won't work! I have searched high and low to find something like my inspiration heels but no joy! Any suggestions ladies?!

Bandolino shoes are great for a low heel, as are BCBG and some Nine West shoes. All are also comfortable.

@MissBoPeep: Thanks - I love shoes - I have thought of applying to Zappos (they are local to me) but am afraid I would use my entire paycheck on shoes LOL

there are tons of tutorials on how to glitter your shoes yourself, I'd say search for the heel height first and then glitter them with martha stewart glitter!

I tried both the Kate Spade and Jimmy Choo shoes posted here at Saks. The Jimmy Choos looked great on but were horribly uncomfortable fyi. I had a really difficult time finding kitten heels too, so I was dissapointed the Choos were a no go.
