Well, the old-fashioned way was just to have an inner envelope inside the outer envelope.

Inner envelope, outer envelope.  I used a belly band that I cut from the same wrapping paper I used to make the envelope liners.  And glued a wax seal on them.

oooooh…. thanks for the link to Mrs. Eggplant’s invites.  I LIKE that idea!!!  hmmmm… wonder if I can play around with it to get it to work for our theme….

I am DIY’ing these: http://www.thepulpstudio.com/custom-wedding-invitations/lauryn.html I can send you my templates I made in Word if you want 🙂 (I made them to fit a 5×7 envelope because square costs more to mail). I got all of my supplies for 75 invites for about $100.
