I’m 14w4d and have been noticably hungrier the past week or so… even waking up in the middle of the night hungry! I hope it’s just a phase.

Absolutely normal! You’ll probably have phases on and off during pregnancy where you’ll want to eat everything in sight! It’s just your body telling you to stock up for baby’s growth spurts!
And once you give birth, especially if your breastfeeding, you’ll have a crazy appetite again. You need the xtra calories to produce milk 🙂

I keep expecting to be ravenously hungry, but even though I’m past the nausea and aversions (well, new ones at least), I still don’t generally eat much more than I usually do, and in fact, might be eating a little bit less. I’m 15 w, 3d, so maybe it’ll ramp up here soon?

I can’t speak for 14weeks because I was still VERY sick…but between 18weeks and now, 22 weeks, I am always hungry. I find that I can’t eat AS MUCH at once as I once could but I eat more frequently. We could just have a normal dinner and I could feel SUPER FULL, LIKE SUPPPER FULL, and then 35 minutes later i’m hungry. But, at that point i’ll just have an apple or something.
My friend said she always had a jar of peanut butter& a spoon in her nightstand during her first pregnancy and she BLEW UP! Now she’s pregnant again and when she wakes up in the middle of the night hungry, she reaches for the bag of almonds she has in her nightstand. Smart switch!
