Yes, I fell in love with the Jane as soon as I put it on.  I posted some pics in another thread (topic: Alyne trunk show).  The dress was amazing and so was the price!

I am!  I’m wearing the Adelaide.  I love the simplicity of the design and the price was a big selling point too.  Which one are you wearing?

@Oct15 the Megan is very pretty!  I love the Alyne dresses- there are so many from that line that I think are pretty which is amazing because most bridal dress lines make me gag.  🙂

That said, I keep wanting to try on more dresses too… then I google my dress and look at it and think, it really is perfect for me – it’s the perfect shape for me and my figure and I loved that it was super light (I’ve heard from friends who had very heavy dresses that it can be uncomfortable).  Our venue is an art gallery space with exposed brick – not very formal so a big super formal gown wouldn’t work anyways.  But that doesn’t stop me from wanting to try on more!  I just love trying on clothes and wedding dresses are something you only get to wear once (at least I hope!)

I love the Alyne line and cannot wait for my dress to come in!!  I feel like July is never gonna get here!

Since i first started looking at dresses, I’ve been obsessed with the current trend of majorly textured skirts.  I quickly realized that most of my loves- Vera Wang (hello sunday rose!), Lazaro & Amsale gowns- were majorly out of my price range but I still couldn’t shake that look.  I tracked down a few of the “knockoffs” but was usually disappointed with the quality of the fabric.  That was until I met my Alyne Wendy!

Their dresses are so beautifully made and the fabric is incredible.  In the end, I love that I ended up with a dress that had the feel of the original look I was going for, but was done in a more understated way.  And even though it was a decent amount over my original budget, it was still far less than half the price of the couture dresses I loved!

@lessthan3:  I couldn’t believe how light my dress was either… all of the other dresses I tried on were at least 2-3 times heavier.  The Watters Adelaide felt like it weighed a ton in comparison!

@oct15:  I love the Megan.. I’m sure it was absolutely stunning on you!  The salon I went to didn’t carry it & I was really disappointed that I couldn’t try it on.  I’ll have to check your other posts to see if you put up any pictures of you in it!  : )

Here’s the stock photo of my dress:
