Oooh! I heart Alyne dresses…I very nearly bought one without trying it on, as there aren’t any salons in my area that carry their dresses, but then I found my dress. I’ve never been to a trunk show, so I really have no advice, but I do hope that you take pictures and post them, because I’ve never seen an Alyne dress on a real bride! Are there any specific dresses that you want to try on? Good luck and have fun!

Oh, those are pretty! I really wanted to try on the Lindsey. I think it’s a good idea to try on some different styles so you’ll have a frame of reference, but even if you don’t get a chance, I’m sure it’ll be a good experience! Have fun!

@Edwin13:

I bought an Alyne dress in January for my September 2011 wedding.  On the rack the Jane was a style I never would’ve picked, but as soon as I put it on I just knew it was the one for me!  I went back for a second look with my future sister-in-law (so another set of eyes would see me in the dress) and she said, “yep, that’s the one.  I haven’t seen you smile like that in ANY other dress.”  I think normally the Alyne dresses are around the $2000 price point, give or take several hundred dollars, but I only know the actual price of my dress (not any other styles).

Enjoy the trunk show, and I’m sure if you find the perfect dress for you, you’ll know as soon as you put it on!
