Honestly I paid little attention to invites until I got engaged. I always enjoy looking at them but didn’t pay attention to the details. If you feel you don’t need the other enclosures, save your money!

I think it looks fine…. There is no difference from what you are showing than any other invitation I’ve gotten in the mail. My invitations are set up like that too, except they have an inner envelope.

I love them! That font is my favorite and I find the ones with 9358292 inserts to be too fussy. For realz.

weddedbliss2014:  looks great! Mine was almost the same but one more card for our website.

I think they look great! I also had super simple card+RSVP invites – I thought some guests would prefer something simple to opening a complicated folded envelope thingy and having a million differently-sized cards to sort through. What if you buy some of those gold seal stars or some other fancy sticker to seal the envelope? That could up the fancy factor for only a couple bucks.

weddedbliss2014:  It looks absolutely fine to me! (lovely invite choice btw 😉 )

We’re ordering ours through Minted (we have the save the dates and we’ll order the matching invites soon) and we don’t have any of the extra stuff either aside from possibly a directions card if we can’t fit everything we want on the actual invite.

We’re not even doing RSVP cards so I think as long as you’ve got all the information you need to provide on there, it’s perfect!

(Oh I should add we’re also ordering envelopes with gold foil lining to give it a little bit of wow factor – just an idea for you, i’m pretty sure wedding paper have lined envelope options too!)

weddedbliss2014:  I had the invitation and one insert that had RSVP (via email/phone) and transport details etc. Not sense spending more money padding out all the info on 5 different inserts when I didn’t have too!

I love them!! If you want to add a cute little detail to spice it up, you could wrap the enclosures in hemp string!

I don’t think you need to enclose anything other than what you have so far. I would suggest getting envelope liners to jazz it up a little bit.

They look good to me! I’ve actually never received an invitation in a pocket fold or other fancy set-up, including invitations to black-tie affairs with a few enclosure cards.  Most of those things just get thrown out anyway.<br />
