Doesn’t this dress http://www.edenbridals.com/2412_p_132.html look an AWFUL like
this dress http://privatelabelbyg.com/#/main/collections/bridal/privatelabelbyg/1416|main|1289
???? The second dress (private lable by g) is a dress I tried on and absolutely FELL IN LOVE WITH! Only thing is, it’s $1200. Doesn’t exactly work with my “budget wedding” lol. But I was going to do what I had to do to get it.
While looking in a wedding mag, I came across what I thought was the dress but saw a different website. I went to it and I have found the 1st dress (eden bridals) for $650!!! What do you ladies think? I actually like the grey ribbon a lot. I think the material may not be AS nice as the (private label by g) dress but I think they are both gorgeous!

the differences are very small, small enough to be missed… i think you should find the cheaper one and try it on. see how you feel in it. 🙂

they are very similar, and $650 is a fab price nice find

The biggest difference is the skirt….will you be happy with a tulle bottom? It wouldn’t bother me, but that’s something you’d have to decide about.

The only difference I can see is that the Eden is tulle and the Private Label one is organza. As long as you’re okay with that, go for it!

I agree, very close.
I haven’t tried on anything with a tulle bottom as of yet, but I don’t think I would be opposed. They LOOK similar, but I’m sure they will FEEL a bit different because of the material. I am going to try to find it and try it on to see. For almost 1/2 the price, I’m sure it won’t matter LOL.

Yes. Bridal companies do this all the time. My dress looks exactly like a Lazaro and a Symphony Bridals design, but it was from a different company and cost a lot less.
I hope you try on the cheaper dress. They’re both beautiful!

I like the cheaper dress better anyways! Good luck! 🙂

I like the cheaper one better too. Thanks.
I can’t find ANYWHERE that has a sample. I called like 12 places yesterday. So IDK….

Wow, they are very similar! Good luck finding the other one to try on! Hope it works out for you =) What a gorgeous dress (both of ’em!)

Wow, they look nearly identical! I think you should try on the Eden one just to make sure. I would call around those who carry Eden. SOMETIMES they are able to call the company and have them lend out the gown for you to try one.
I chose a Maggie gown and I called 22 places before I found one that had it. My gown was not on the list to be lent out by the company however.

Go for it! We’re using Da Vinci for my bridesmaids’ dresses (Da Vinci and Eden are owned by the same parent company), and the dresses we tried on seemed really well made. The best part was how affordable they are. I hope it works out for you!!!

@MsParker2Bee: I like the 1st better!!

I’m not sure, it might just be the model, but the Eden dress’s waist line looks for flattering than the other. I love Eden’s dresses!!!

I like the Eden one better! The difference I can see are the fabric, waist, buttons on the back and pointiness of the boobs.
