I got married October 30th and didn't get our CDs and such until mid-January, so about 2 1/2 months. I would keep on her, but understand that sometimes it does take a while for them to get things done, especially if they are fully booked on weekends.
I would be annoyed too. If the prrofs are all online, doesn't that mean they've all been edited? I could be wrong... but in that case it doesn't make sense if all she has to send you is 2 prints and a disc. Even more annoying that she isn't answering your messages. So no, I don't really think you're overreacting.
I totally understand your frustration. It took 20 weeks for our photographer to get us our dvd (and only because I started bugging her after 12 weeks (since 12 weeks was when she told me our images would be ready). I would let your photographer know you were hoping for photos to use for cards and/or gifts for the holiday. Try calling and/or visiting in person (if that's an option). It's a lot harder to ignore someone in person. Just remain calm during the discussion.
I think that's a pretty typical amount of time, especially if you have a popular photographer who was doing multiple weddings each week during wedding season. I agree with PP, get in touch and say you were hoping to use them for holiday cards so the clock is ticking, when can you expect your photos? Hopefully that will kickstart the conversation.
I think I'd be most annoyed about the lack of response, that really frustrates me. Keep on her. I understand that photos can take months, but if she said you'd have them a month ago, then that's not really fair.
@BlondeBeachBride2011: What does your contract say? Does your contract list a delivery date or something like "a cd of all images and ordered prints will be delivered within 4 months of the wedding date."

We have been married for a little over 3 months now and still have no wedding pictures! We did recieve the online proofs less than a week after the wedding which was really surprising however I ordered 2 large prints, am supposed to recieve a disc of the images, and a video which I have yet to see...
I keep asking her when we will get these items and I was told a month ago that she was getting caught up on things the first week of November.. and have yet to hear from her despite the fact that I contacted her again over a week ago.
Not only are we getting frustrated but our families are too.. no wedding pictures and its getting close to the holiday season.
I would be a lot more understanding if she was taking a long time to edit them.. but at this point she's just not sending me my stuff! Am I overreacting?
