No way to know; dreams are stupid.  Take a test 😉

Dreams are more accurate than pregnancy tests.

Do you believe all of your dreams?

Vivid dreams could be one of the symptoms but I wouldn’t base thinking I’m pregnant only on that.  Take a test

I’d say a pregnancy test will tell you a lot more than your dreams or strangers on the Internet will.

I had a dream I was pregnant with my first child. I in fact turned out to be pregnant. I am 6 month post partrum and had another dream of being pregnant with my second child. I am hoping that I am not pregnant this time especially since I will be getting married in a 8 months and 6 days.

I had dreams the entire time I was planning my wedding that I was pregnant (and showing) on my wedding day.

+2 years later, been actually trying for 1 year, and I’m still not pregnant…so no, I would not go off of dreams alone.

Take a test if there’s any chance you could actually be pregnant.

I’ve had dreams that I was running from a serial killer, that I gave birth to a cat, and that I was a princess.  None of those things actually happened.  Dreams are not accurate signs of pregnancy.  If you think it’s even possible that you’re pregnant, take a test.  (Also, a little basic knowledge of your cycle is really helpful – have you ovulated?  When do you expect your period?  Figuring out if pregnancy is possible would be the first step.)
