What a great honeymoon location! My FI and I actually got engaged in Sorrento during a trip through the Amalfi Coast. Our hotel in Sorrento, the Hilton Sorrento Palace, was a huge splurge (thank goodness for hotel points!), so probably not in your budget, but we did stay in a great little B&B in Atrani called L'Argine Fiorito that might be worth checking out. You can easily walk to Amalfi from there, but because Atrani is a little more off-the-beaten-path, it's a nice quiet place to stay without all the touristy-ness of Amalfi. Plus it was a great jumping-off point for day hikes (we hiked up to Ravello one day, which was SO beautiful), and there's a small beach just a block or two from the B&B. 

I also stayed in Atrani while I was visiting that part of Italy, and although I was staying in hostels at the time, I would definitely recommend staying there rather than right in Amalfi. Amazing what a ten minute walk will mean for getting a much less touristy feeling. You're going to have such a great time, I'm so jealous!!
