I emailed Amazon about it to make sure it wasn't a Phishing or Scam/Spam email. I'm waiting for my response.
omg~ I got one!!! Actually, Mr. Lovebird got it and forwarded it to me saying "Baby Registry? WTF?" Then he calls me and says, "did you get my email?! Is there something you are not telling me?!" hahahaha~
Let me know when you hear from amazon...
My fiance got that too (we do have a wedding registry at amazon.com, but not a baby registry). He actually works for amazon.com and filed a bug report already.
I got this too. I actually called Amazon tonight and they said that somehow, everyone who has a wedding registry received this email. So, don't worry about it. It was just a glitch in their system and was not spam!
Here's the official word from Amazon:

this message was sent to you in error. We intended to send you an
e-mail regarding your Amazon Wedding Registry, but the text of the

into this matter and we are taking steps to prevent this from
happening again.
