I have read many reviews on their customer service. Some very happy people and some who were not as pleased. I wanted to share my situation and how helpful they have been. IIt may help to ease someone else’s mind in regards to dealing with the company.
Soon after my rings went into production I had a severe environmental allergy. I was placed on medication that causes swelling in my hands. Just enough to be uncomfortable. I ordered my rings in the perfect size for my “regular” hands. The swelling makes it necessary to go up one quarter to half a size to be comfortable. As of right now I will be on the medication for a while. Hopefully, not too long….but we just can’t be sure. Anyhow, I emailed moissaniteco and they were very understanding. I sent my rings back and they are resizing them for me. Worse case scenario I will put sizing beads later if the swelling stops because it is not a drastic difference. One of those rings is an eternity band and some gold will have to be shaved off the inside of the band. Not an issue because of the construction of the band. Moissaniteco was nothing but helpful and kind. Answering all of my questions (there were many) and they were very reassuring. This issue was not in any way their fault, yet they are doing the adjustments for me anyhow. Never once did they make me feel bad or not reply to my emails. It truly has eased my mind and made me a very happy customer. I cannot stress my appreciation for their consideration enough.
I truly love my rings aand cannot wait to have them back. The rings are amazing and the Amora enhanced moissanite is perfect. I will definitely be buying from them again. If any of you have any concerns in regards to their level of attention to a concern…..I hope this helps.
For those that have not seen my set they are below. 9mm/3 carat equivalent amora enhanced round brilliant in a rose gold setting…..paired with a white gold eternity band.
