I cannot tell you how happy it makes me that today is Aug 31 and I do not go back to work until Sept. 18th!
Let the last minute wedding madness begin! Fiance is leaving tomorrow to head to Chicago for his bachelor party, (where he’s from) so my plan is to get everthing I possibly can done this weekend so I can enjoy this week and relax before family starts getting into to town.
It’s the final countdown!

Prepare for the fastest time in your life. And the most fun. Oh and prepare to cry all the friggin time. It’s overwhelming and awesome.

@WillyNilly: Girl the crying has already started. The other day I was driving home and our first dance song came on and I started crying in the car.
Then I was looking up readings for the wedding online at work and started bawling at my desk.
Then I think about my dad who passed away in Nov and start crying some more.
I’m a mess!

I saved up all my leave and am returning to the office on 1 October… feels soo good to enjoy the last wedding madness days without having to worry about work stuff 🙂

It’s especially awesome because I absolutely hate my job so I’m so happy to not be miserable for at least 18 days!
Job hunting starts the second I get back from the honeymoon.

@Robin_Sparkles: Have fun! You must be freaking out! I am freaking out, and I am 2 weeks after you!

@Robin_Sparkles: At a certain point in the middle of the chaos you and Fiance will look at each other and go ‘whoa. Like. We are REALLY loved.’ Awwww, I’m so excited for you. Oh! And make sure you take the time to take your own pics of anything you can. There were so many cool moments that I simply didn’t think about taking a photo (ushers putting together flower arrangements, chats at the dress rehearsal, sleepy faces the morning of, etc). I’m jealous. I would do it all over again in a heart beat.
