They will forever be your battle scars! Rub up with lotion even after your little one arrives 🙂

O no! You almost made it! BioOil and lotion….they may get really faint or all but disappear pretty quickly because they’ll still be so new when the baby comes. How frustrating.

Try Palmer’s Coocoa butter for stretch marks! It’s fodun at Babies R Us! My friends have sworn by it and say they will fade away/ disappear. I’m 14w and started using it already for precaution!

@newname_99:  If you lose the baby weight after the baby’s born that will help, but even if you don’t they will likely fade a bit over time. I am heavier now than I was after my first child was born, I never put anything other than regular lotion on my stretchmarks, but they’ve definitely faded quite a bit. Depends on your skin, but since you got them so late in your pregnancy I would bet they aren’t that bad.

The same thing happened to me! They only got worse until she was born… None days late.

I haven’t gotten my pregnancy stretch marks yet (I am positive they are coming) but I have a lot of stretch marks from when I was growing as a teen…my stomach, back arms, boobs…everywhere. They are very faint now and not very noticeable at all. I have never had anyone comment on them, you can’t see them in pictures, etc. So as much as I don’t want another go round with them, I know what the other side is like and it really isn’t that big of a deal- and obviously as a teen I wasn’t rubbing lotions all over to get rid of them.

ETA: I am as fair as they come and scars last FOREVER on me.
