LoL. My BF and I have been long distance for about 2 weeks now and I am visiting him this weekend and last night he told me he has suprise for me when he sees me. For a second my thoughts ran crazy thinking, "a ring?!?!?!?!", lol, then I knew what most of you waiting bees are going through each time your BF mentions anything about a suprise or dinner or whatever. I know I'm not getting mine this weekend, it is too soon, he has to be secure in his job where he is living first - this was agreed on by both of us. But it was actually fun to think for a second of how close I am to possibly getting engaged to the man of my dreams! <3 I'm thinking it'll happen within the next couple months, going long distance is really showing each of us just how much we can not live without the other, not that we had any doubt before.... but EEEEEE! Laughing I'm excited and even enjoying these waiting moments.

Anyone else get jumpy at the sound of dinner plans? LoL.

I am very jumpy I graduate college finally in december and from what we have talked about and a bit of a slip up I may get lucky and get the ring in december, but thats a big maybe! I'm crossing finger, eyes, and everything else at this point. lol Goodluck

Yes, absolutely! It goes in phases. Sometimes I'm super jumpy. For our anniversary he'd said it wasn't going to happen, and in some ways that was a relief because I thought I'd put it out of my mind. But honestly I was still a little jumpy. I couldn't help myself.  There is always the option that they're trying to throw us off the trail...

And it is possible the long-distance will speed things up. You never know! And it's impossible for it NOT to cross your mind occasionally...aaargg!

I am right in your boat right now.  The next few months are BF's self-proclaimed timeline for "figuring it out", so I'll be going through the craziness with you.
