We're also coming up on our First Anniversary, so I've been trying to think of some gifts that follow the paper theme. Some ideas I had:
I thought these were all relatively inexpensive AND paper. I'm interested to hear what everyone else comes up with, too.
I'm getting my husband an Australia poster/print I saw since we honeymooned there and loved it. I thought he could hang it in his classroom or in his band practice space at home.
I decided to make DH a (simple) collage of photos in one of those 'floating' picture frames for his desk at work. He always complains about not having pictures of me. So there's us, our girls (dogs), one from our engagements, a wedding photo and one from the honeymoon. I may also order a book I know he loves from his childhood as another (belated) gift.

Hi, all! My husband and I are celebrating 1 year of wedded bliss next weekend! We're not big 'gift-givers', but we usually get something small for occasions. Unfortunately for me, DH scores a zero in "Receiving of Gifts" in his Love Languages. In other words, gifts aren't that important to him. We've set a cap of $30 for gifts (we're also going away for the weekend) and I'd like ideas that follow the 'traditional' anniversary gifts (ie: paper).
Who has a brilliant suggestion??
