So I wanted to get a limo to go out to the vineyards for this weekend. About 3 weeks ago my fiancé called up the limo company we booked our wedding with to see what the rates there were and left a message. They never called back. My fiancé then emailed them, never got a response.
I’m just really annoyed about it. If you couldn’t do the day, that’s fine. Just answer us back – especially because we are spending a good chunk of money on them for our wedding.
Am I being ridiculous? And what can I do about the situation?
