Another 30 Day Challenge Thread

    I have 30 days until my first fitting, and I haven't been as serious as I'd like to be. I've lost weight and am only about 1.5 lbs from my initial goal, but I know I don't do as much as I could. So I'm going to take the next 30 days to follow the strict regiment I set for myself, with no cheating.  I want to see how much I can lose.

     I have listed my regiment below (I'm on WW), and my challenge is to follow it exactly for all of June.  List yours too, and see try to follow it as well!

    Have you tried doing 30 Day Shred? It is a great at home dvd by Jillian Michaels. I just started it and am already noticing results. It is a 20 minute circuit training DVD and it was hard work, but I feel like it really works.

    @pinkgrapefruit: HAHA... guess I didn't!  I have p90X (which I use when I don't make it to the gym).  I'm not a huge fan of working out to videos for my whole routine.  But here is my regimen.... (I thought I had posted it, silly me).  Thanks for the suggestion though.  I will check it out.

    Exercise: 3 days Cardio, 1 day Yoga and Running, 2 days strength training; I also want to focus on really pushing myself when I work out.

    Diet:

    -6 glasses of water a day

    -No complex carbs after 5pm

    -No sweets

    -No more than 3pts over (at max) on WW

    I know that feeling @amberaustin. I don't have a dress fitting coming up, but a trip to my wedding location to start selecting my vendors. I try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I also use exercisetv.tv at home on the days when I can't make it. My goal is to just tone up a bit more and maybe lose 5-10 pounds, but that depends. Lol I don't want to look sick!

    @DutchBride21: HAHA... my initial goal was my weight in college when I was in reall good shape.  It was the weight I was in HS at my thinnest as well.  I've never weighed less than that.  So when I make it there (hopefully in the next week or 2), I can see if I can do something else to up the anty and maybe get a little lower for my wedding.
