Hi! What does this entail…or is it more of an individual workout, but group motivation thing? I’m really looking to get back in shape and the most important part, eat healthier!

Soon2BeBee:  Keep working at it:)  I am a 30-day shred graduate, and although I gained weight in pounds, toned/slimmed down many areas in my body.  Moving thru the levels kept it ‘fun’ and motivating too.  And yes, you will be sore, but it is the good ‘this is working’ sore, so you can work thru it OR do the modified workouts she has in each interval!!

Because I liked the results, I do the DVD a couple times a week, at level 3 with other workouts in between.  Love it!!

I am recovering from ACL surgery and while I’m back to the gym, I have to be careful to choose aerobic exercises that are low-impact on my knees.  How is 30DS on the knees?  Lots of jumping or no?

I’m thinking about doing this on my off days from the gym since it’s only 25 minutes!

Soon2BeBee:  Foiled again!!  I’ll keep looking.  I’ve heard T25 is low-impact, but it looks really intense so I don’t know!!  Thanks for the information 🙂

Soon2BeBee:  I just bought the 30 day shred video!  I just got engaged (literally, JUST….last night!), and it’s time to slim down and tone up!  I have expereince doing the p90 series in the past, but the videos are up to an hour long, so this seemed more do-able day to day.  How are you liking it?  Getting any good results?  We are on vacation this wknd, but I plan to start Monday!!
