I used Dazzle Tac Jewelry Glue. I got it at either Joanns or Michaels. I have had it for awhile, so I don't remember which one.

@creativeplannertobee: I got the Swarovski Crystals at Shipwreck Beads. We have one pretty close to us, so I was able to go check the quality and touch them. They have a ton of different styles of beads. You can visit their site here.

Well, it is comming down to crunch time, so I have been really busy with my DIYs. Here is another one. We are only going to need one ladle and one tong, so that is why there is only one of each. I used Topaz Swarvoski Crystals. I didn't really like the traditional candy scoops or tongs, so I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and picked up a scoop and tongs and made something that I am happy with.
