So I ordered my dress from dressilyme.com, here is the original pic.
And here are pics from the production for revision:
Any comments?? I’m a bit worried because the dress seems really right heavy – with the ruffles and beading all to the right side…and it’s not as full, which might be fixed if i wear a slip underneath to poof it out a bit more…thoughts???

It looks great…I think just a slip or hoop skirt will do the trick! They really do fabulous work! Congrats!

It looks perfect and the beading looks wonderful. The reason it’s not as full is because it has no crinolines beneath it. Remember, what you see in the magazine took some SERIOUS prepping to look that way. (I used to model wedding dressed in runway shows).

Looks amazing! Gives me more and more reasons to order off dressilyme (regardless of what my mother says hehehe!) I think that a hoop skirt underneath would pull out the fullness and make it fall more naturally.
The only other thing I wanted to point out is that your dress has lace at the neckline above the sweetheart neckline while the original doesn’t. If that wasn’t an alteration you might want to look at that.

Thanks for the reassurance!!
If I was to put in a crinoline or hoop skirt underneath, which ones do you guys think will work?
Would something basic like this work??
Or do you need something like this??
Sorry just have no idea how the crinoline stuff works =(

Its beautiful!!! I think your dress looks better than the actual dress picture you posted. Its reveiws like your and a few others that made me make my decision to order my dress from dressillyme.com. I ordered last night and my wedding is in may and I am super excited.. Congrats!

@FlorenceT: Beautiful dress. What kind of material is that? I just ordered a dress from dressilyme and it’s taffeta. I’m a little unsure about that material, though.
