wow, that is seriously unprofessional! I would also be talking to the store manager if I were you, just so that management could be on the lookout for this kind of behavior.

That sucks! You are a better person than me. I wouldn’t have been able to keep quiet. I feel ignorance is best dealt with swiftly and with force. LOL

Hope your ring is okay. If you have a receipt from your trip to your jeweler, I would hand carry it to the Fred Myers manager when I discussed the incident with them. Good luck & hope there isn’t anythiwe else wrong with your ring.

Ugh, who acts that way to a customer? Some people never cease to amaze me. I hope your ring turns out to be okay. In regard to the wedding band, are you opposed to a band that doesn’t wrap or fit your ering perfectly? Lots of girls are rocking the gap these days and I think it looks fabulous!

So RUDE! How do associates honestly expect to make any sales when they speak to customers that way AND then damage their property?!

I agree @adoc86: I love the gap look!

The only instance that I would be picky about that is if my bands were very thin and I wanted them soldered together or something like that.

UGH how rude!  I hate when people in CUSTOMER SERVICE don’t have the trait of respect.  So frustrating!
