It’s beautiful! What a wonderful idea!

Maybe you could add a background, either something hard or some soft material. It could help make the lace and photos pop, and would add support to make the strips look more even. I really like velvet with lace.

Maybe paint the little clothes pins too. I agree put a backround on it maybe would make the lace stand out more!

It looks great…what a cute idea. Are you going to put it on your guestbook table? I agree with PPs add a background to it, but nothing that takes away from the lace. I think the unpainted cloths pins add to the vintage feel.

Love it!  Very Vintage.  I can’t help but picture a string of pearls in there somewhere!  Maybe paint or do something with the clothpins?
