Right now, I’m only on the 1st level but when I go to the second level am I supposed to do level 1 and level 2 when I upgrade? I noticed on the biggest loser workouts, thats how they do it, but I wasn’t sure if Jillian does the same thing.

I would wait to do level 2 until you are feeling at least fairly confident in your level 1 abilities (i.e, it doesn’t make you feel like dying, and you don’t have to modify many of the movements) because level 2 is much harder than 1.

I think you can just do level 2 as the movements take similar movements in level 1, but make it more advanced.

You’re not supposed to do them at the same time, if that’s what you’re asking. I am on level 2, but I still do level 1 on days where I want an easier workout or I am especially tired.
