I would think sending everyone a thank you email would be fine.
I vote for a thank you email. And just put in there, "please forward to anyone I missed"
I third the thank you email! And that is so sweet!
AWWWW that's very sweet of your office. Definitely do the email.
Do you have a sign in area, or a common lunch area? You could bring in a thank you card for everyone & display it in one of these areas for everyone to see.

Hi Ladies!
I have a quick question for you all. My office threw me a little pizza party for my wedding and everyone in the office chipped in to get us a target and a starbucks gift card. It was so sweet and generous of them. Should I write each individual a thank you note, or should I write a thank-you e-mail, or should I get a larger thank-you card for everyone? It's just that I have no idea who contributed to the gift cards and who didn't, and I feel as though it would be rude to ask. Any ideas on how I should properly do this are welcome. Thanks!
