T-45 minutes and the bride will be walking towards BF’s best friend. Eeeeek! So excited for them.
We’re out of town for his best friend’s wedding and talking about some of the stuff we’ve helped with the last two days — I can tell my boyfriend feels like he should have the ring already on my finger. It’s okay, because I know had he not lost his job in December, I would have that pretty sparkly thing on my finger already.
I’ll keep patiently waiting….. 🙂

Good on you for feeling so happy and zen. It will be all worth it in the end I’m sure. 🙂

@MrsBeck: Oh I do too!!! I got tears in my eyes when the bride walks in, but I always watch the groom to see how excited he looks before I look back at the bride. I always tear up on the first dance, as well as the father-daughter dance. I’m such a sap.
@somethingaquamarine: I didn’t catch it….but my boyfriend said it was coming right at me. If the DJ hadn’t made us all back up, it would have been mine!
@MaidMarian: It was such a fun weekend!!! My boyfriend kept saying “I can’t wait to marry you…” many times during the night. And when I was dancing with the groom (my boyfriend’s best friend) he said to be patient because he knew it would be coming….there is no doubt in his mind that we will be together forever.
@Everdeen: Oh it will be! Just have to be patient, as impatient as I seem sometimes.

Ah yes, I have a wedding in a month to go to as well and one of SO’s best friends is getting married in 10 months and SO is in the wedding party, so I know pretty soon he will be getting ready for all of that. At least I hope. lol Maybe it will kick his butt into gear!
