I have thought about this on many occasions for many reasons. In general, I am opposed to the idea. However, if its a must here has been my final answer. I agreed to sign with just a few simple conditions.
1) I retain legal counsel
2) You pay for said counsel
3) We agree to allow our respective lawyers to handle the terms of the agreement in each of our best interests and following that I do not want to have a single conversation about it.
