Ummmmm, I was just looking at pictures of engagement rings online and came across the "Anti-engagement ring." Ever heard of divorce jewelry? WTF? Sounds crazy to me, but what do you think?

The sad thing is, that if FI and I ever got divorced, I would be so heartbroken that I would probably buy that as a means of retail therapy. Way to prey on the weak!

I don't think it's weird. My mother got divorced after years and years of marriage, and so she wears different rings where her wedding ring used to be.

@AnneNM82 - I dont think it's sad to wear another ring after you get divorced, I can totally understand the reasoning behind that. It's just sad that the jewellery business feels the need to market jewellery specifically designed to sell to divorced women, it feels like just another way to make money frompotentially vunerable people...
