i am right there with you, my husband was too – we are homebodys anyway but enjoy an occoasional weekend night out or meeting friends for drinks after work…stuff like that but during wedding planning we seriously didnt do much of anything..mostly to save some cash but also just because we had so much to do! things will change once its all over. its been a month and a half since my wedding and we are just now starting to get out more, im hoping warm weather will help too!

I’ve been the same way! I’ve never been one that likes to go out a whole lot, but I have definitely noticed that recently I’ve been turning down any nights out and have offered that my friends come to my house.  I’m usually busy doing wedding stuff or reading WB or too tired haha.  I’m just hoping our friends don’t start taking it personal.

I’m feeling the same way….and i’ve got mixed feelings about it.

On one hand, free time (especially Friday nights and weekends) is spent doing the usual stuff, but then there’s the addition of the wedding stuff.  What happens when the wedding is over?  Do we magically appear back on the ‘social scene’ again? I’m finding i’d much prefer a night in at someones house with some drinks, and a casual dinner, then something fancy.
