Weddingbee boards

Anyone else getting married on 10/15/10?  I'm planning a destination wedding on the Oregon Coast!  

hello im new to this just signed up :) but yup we're having a 10-15-10 originally the 16th but it was already booked.. how long have you been planning? 

Hi! I'm new to weddingbee and also just signed up!  We are planning a small destination wedding in the Napa Valley area. So far we have the location, photographer and officiant.  

I'm new to this too!  We originally had planned on 10/16 of this year, but bought a house and decided to save for a year for the wedding.  We ended up completely changing our plans.  

We are now planning a destination wedding on the Oregon Coast (we live in Ohio...).  Providing the weather holds up, we'll be married on the beach by Haystack Rock (picture attached).

So far, we've found a photographer, have the location but need a backup venue in the event of rain, and we are deciding between a few oceanfront homes to stay at for the week, along with a few friends and family. We'll get our own place for the wedding night, and are still deciding exactly which property.  

We're still looking for an officiant and trying to figure out what to do for a "reception" but at this point, since the wedding will be very small, we're thinking we might just reserve a private room at an upscale restaurant...which of course, could change depending on price.  

Have you ladies found your dresses yet?

this is soo cool! i was worried i was the only one with a friday wedding! congrats to you all, im still trying to decide what colors i want.. i originally wanted sangria from davids bridal but i went to la to look at flowers i'd like to diy but i didnt see anything so im thinking of switching to purples any suggestions ladies??
