@ Lolony, good idea getting them from a farm, should be cheaper than a florist ay? My Mum is growing our flowers for us, and then if we need some fillers, we'll just get them from the farmers market!

We're getting married in Iowa City, IA and our colors are...a myriad of things like deep eggplant, black, beige, a light slate/blueish/gray, and lots of greenery.

Yes! I'm getting married 8.21.2010 in Birmingham, Alabama. We're having a sunset themed wedding in a garden. Our colors are Burnt Orange and Harvest Gold . My flowers are burnt orange and tiger calla lilies. I'm soo excited!

Colors- eggplant, sage green, and goldenrod, I think. Still deciding.
Flowers- lots of lavender, black eyed susans, dark purple snapdragons, gerbera daisies, and some dahlias. The wedding is on a ranch so we're going for casual flowers.

We're getting married August 21, 2010 in New York (Hudson Valley). It is a small, intimate B&B setting with a garden theme.
me me me! :) We are getting married on August 21st in Prosperity, Pennsylvania (south of Pittsburgh). It will be a tent wedding on my parents' property out in the country. It's a beautiful hilltop setting with lots of open space around it. We knew a tent wedding was going to be a bit more work, but I wanted to be able to customize every little detail so this is perfect for me!
Colors will be robin's egg blue and some shade of green, with lots of white hydrangeas and a few of the very pale blue/white ones. My mom loves hydrangeas and her house is surrounded by them, so we're trying to work with what's already there!
My dress is Maggie Sottero "Megan"... It has this very light, airy feel with the organza that just seemed so perfect for an outdoor summer wedding.
Hi! Another 8/21/10 bride here! Were getting married an hour outside of Atlanta at Lake Oconee. Our colors are yellow, green and white. Im wearing a strapless Mikaella A line gown!! I cannot wait!

We're having our ceremony at a B&B in the redwoods near Santa Cruz, CA. We've booked the venue, but I haven't found a dress / other stuff yet. We got engaged on Valentine's Day, so pretty short engagement, relatively.

We're getting married in Seattle on August 22. Time is sneaking up on all of us! Our theme is Great Gatsby and our colors will be black and white with a touch of purple.
I'm also getting married Aug. 21. And (probably) in a Justin Alexander 8465 gown! I'm glad to hear that not every bride with this date has their dress already. When I've been shopping lately, the shops have implied that I probably won't even get one in time at this point. Good thing I found "the one" this weekend.

I too am getting married on 21 August 2010! It will be the 5th anniversary of our first date too! :) We are getting married in NE Ohio and our colors are black and white with accents of pink and green.
I am a August 21st bride... planning this wedding in 5 months has proven to be a challenge but so far so good. We live and are getting married in Nashville, TN. Our colors are black, light blue, and silver the wedding ceremony and reception will be on a rooftop of a building downtown with ceremony starting at 6:30pm. Let pray it's neither too hott, too windy, or rainy : )
August 21 bride here. Getting married on the Long Island Sound in eastern CT. Colors are teal with sunset colored flowers (oranges, brink pinks, etc.). Marisa lace fit and flare gown.

I'm getting married on the 21th of August in NYC. at Central Park in a 1950's style short lenght ivory gown. Very Audrey Hepburn.. But I don't have any colors as I'm letting the few people I will have to wear whatever they want. My bigger ceremony is supposed to be Alril and I still need to plan that one. I like light brown but my brides maids telling me that it's a fall color.. so basically so far I am clueless..
I'm getting married Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, at my parents house in Bangs, Texas. Color's are Black and White with a little red thrown in here and there. Flowers are Red Roses and Black Callilies. My dress is a strapless white gown with a black beaded design all over!!! First one I tried on and loved it, even after my friends and parents had me go try on others to make sure I was sure lol. We will have a three tier wedding cake that will match the design on my gown and for the cake topper we have Anakin and Padme in their wedding attire from Star Wars: Clone Wars! My future husband and I are huge Star Wars nerds, we also play World or Warcarft, him more than I now a days, so his grooms cake is in the shape of the Horde symbol from the game!
I'm having a little drama right now with my dress, I had it altered last month. I've been under stress from work and everything that is involved in us getting ready to buy a house, and lost weight. My dress now is to big and my wedding is Saturday...OMG...it can't be altered again because it was really hard to alter it the first time. So my Mom has some ideas and lets just hope they work lol.
