Well, I was going to be super nice and copy the photo from the Tiffany website, but I can't figure out how to do so....grrrrrrr......I don't have an actual photo of my ring and band together, but I (well, the FI got) the regular platinum 2 mm band. I have the Princess setting solitaire. I'm drooling over the eternity bands, but the budget just won't let it happen :( Sorry I couldn't help more with the pictures.
My engagement ring is a Tiffany solitaire, and I did look at wedding bands at Tiffany, but I couldn't bring myself to get them there. They are SO OVERPRICED. My DH wanted a plain platinum band and looked at the Lucida, but I got him a band that looks almost exactly like it for literally 1/3 the cost. For special-looking pieces, I can sometimes justify the insane markup, but for pieces where you can't tell the difference if you try, it just doesn't make sense.
I also didn't want the Tiffany knife-edge band because it wasn't the same width as the band on my e-ring and it did look weird. I also realized that I don't like the look of knife-edge next to knife-edge. Don't discount some of the other bands, though -- I thought that the milgrain band looked awesome next to the Tiffany setting, and the Lucida looks very nice, as well. I fell in love with the Jazz with alternating-size diamonds, but didn't like that it only comes in a full eternity, so I had a similar one custom-made to my specifications (slightly bigger diamonds and only 3/4 eternity). It also cost less than half of what the Tiffany one did.
The Tiffany shared-prong is lovely, and one of the few pieces where I think they really do it better than most of the look-alikes. However, there are a couple of custom jewelers out there who do excellent versions of a shared-prong band for much less, and personally I'd use them over Tiffany unless it meant a lot to have the whole set be from the same place!
We're getting Tiffany wedding bands if that counts. 6mm Lucida in platinum, and the 2.6mm Bezet with diamonds for me. We love them a lot, and are just weird I guess. :p
Thank you for your ideas!
@HL - I was so annoyed that the Tiffany photos showed the knife-edge wedding band being the exact same size and thickness of the engagement ring. It isn't like that at all in real life. They'd have to make each wedding band to match its specific engagement ring if the photos told the truth - false advertising!
I will definitely look into other wedding bands at both Tiffany and other stores. I kind of have my heart set on the Tiffany Shared-setting band ring but we're hesitant about the price. Even the half circle is quite expensive!
I bought my FI's wedding band from Tiffany and we'd prefer to have everything from there (we like the customer service for cleaning, re-sizing, etc.) but I'm open to seeing what else is out there! Thanks again!

Hi bees!
I have just started looking at wedding bands. My engagement ring is the Tiffany Setting with a 1.42ct diamond. I am very petite with small hands - my ring size is 4.
Any of you ladies have wedding bands from Tiffany? I'd love to see photos of your engagement rings and wedding bands together. I really love the Shared-setting band ring but also love the simple Tiffany wedding band. The only problem I have with the Tiffany wedding band is that it won't be the exact same size as the ring on my engagement ring since the engagement rings are made specifically for each diamond (according to our salesman at Tiffany). I think it will look funny - anyone else have this problem?
I'd really appreciate your input and I can't wait to see your photos!
